The firm was founded in 1990 and has succeeded by giving personal attention to our clients and accomplishing superior results. I have obtained many successful outcomes for my clients against insurance companies, banks, businesses and other powerful concerns. We obtained a $610,000 jury verdict on a malicious prosecution claim against my client’s former employer in federal court. We obtained a $450,000 settlement on an inmate wrongful death claim. A $450,000 settlement was obtained for a client who was injured in a car crash and a $100,000 (policy limits) settlement was obtained for a client whose back was seriously injured while driving his car. We also obtained $100,000 on an employee discrimination claim.
I handle civil litigation in state and federal courts, criminal defense, personal injury, civil rights, family law, contracts, business transactions and real estate. In 2000 I successfully completed NITA’s two week National Session in Boulder, Colorado, a boot camp for trial lawyers and want to give credit to the excellent lawyers and staff who volunteer their time for NITA to teach the skills and techniques that allows a lawyer to “tell the story of a wrong to be made right.” My practice also includes traffic tickets and driver’s license suspensions in local courts. I have found that spending the substantial time necessary to learn the file beyond what is concerned “customary” can mean the difference between success and failure.
